Pay for Care Initiative

The objective of the Pay for Care Initiative is to decrease costs and consumption of wasteful products, while supporting those whose care is sought by families. The attached proposal is designed for congregations (including Mañara Societies), hospices, community organizations and funeral homes. Please review the attached proposal and consider instituting it in your community.

Decedent Directive

The Decedent Directive is designed to assist individuals in preserving their dignity and autonomy after death. This form offers individuals the opportunity to express their wishes and assist the bereaved in decision-making processes. The institute believes Decedent Directives are essential for protecting the rights of the dead.
